The gap

AI workflows are easy to prototype. They're hard to operate safely.

Anyone can wire a model to an API in an afternoon. Running that workflow in production — where it touches customers, money and regulated data — is a different discipline. Most teams hit the same walls:

No reliable audit trail. Text logs that can be edited, truncated or lost prove nothing to a reviewer.

Weak visibility into runs and failures. An agent makes forty decisions per run; when it fails, you get a stack trace and guesswork.

No repeatable testing. Non-deterministic workflows shipped on vibes, with no way to re-run yesterday's execution against today's change.

Hard to prove what happened, when and why. Incident reviews become archaeology instead of replay.

Governance bolted on too late. Roles, approvals and policy checks arrive after the first incident — not before it.

Enterprise requirements ignored until procurement. Then security asks about deployment, evidence and access control, and the project stalls.

What makes it different

Build, test, govern and audit AI workflows — before they reach production.

Every run in Trazium is recorded in an append-only, hash-linked event log. That single substrate powers everything below, by default — not as an add-on.

Observability for every run

Full traces of every step, decision and model call. Deterministic replay of any execution, step by step.

Chain of custody by default

Hash-linked, append-only records of inputs, outputs, versions and approvals. Tamper-evident, exportable.

AI Act-ready evidence

Traceability and logging obligations covered by the architecture, not by a documentation sprint.

Logs, alerts and incidents

Structured log streams, alerting on failures and policy events, and incident timelines built from the record.

Repeatable workflow testing

Recorded runs become test cases. Re-execute against cassettes and inject faults before production does.

Governance, roles and approvals

Policy gates, human-in-the-loop approvals and role-based access — enforced by the runtime, proven by the log.

Versioning and reproducibility

Every run pinned to workflow, prompt and model versions. Reproduce last month's behaviour exactly.

SaaS to air-gapped

Managed cloud for individuals and teams. VPC, on-prem and fully air-gapped options for enterprise.

Who it's for

From first prototype to regulated production

Builders

Prototype fast without losing control

A real visual builder with agents, tools and code — where every experiment is already traced, replayable and testable. No lock-in to your own hacks.

Teams

Collaborate, test, monitor and ship safely

Shared workflows with versioning, review, repeatable tests, alerts and incident timelines. Ship changes knowing exactly what they'll do — and what they did.

Enterprise

Deploy with governance and infrastructure control

Policy gates, roles and approvals enforced by the runtime. Evidence export for audits. Deployment on your infrastructure, up to fully air-gapped.

Enterprise-ready

Calm answers for security, compliance and procurement

The questions that stall AI projects at review time are answered here by design — not by a slide deck.

Built in, not bolted on

  • Tamper-evident audit logs for every run, decision and approval
  • Role-based access control and human-in-the-loop policy gates
  • Policy controls versioned and enforced by the runtime
  • Security and compliance workflows with full traceability
  • Evidence export for audits, reviews and the EU AI Act
  • Bring-your-own-key inference — your model contracts, your data agreements

FAQ

Questions before joining the waitlist

A few clear answers while Trazium is still in early access.

What is Trazium?

Trazium is a production-grade platform for building, testing, governing and auditing AI workflows before they reach production. It combines workflow automation, agent execution, observability, repeatable testing, chain of custody and evidence export.

How is Trazium different from n8n, Flowise or Make?

Trazium covers a similar building surface, but is designed around safe production operation: append-only event logs, deterministic replay, policy gates, role-based approvals, workflow testing, incident timelines and audit-ready evidence by default.

Who is Trazium for?

Trazium is for builders prototyping AI workflows, teams shipping automations to production, and enterprise or regulated environments that need governance, traceability, deployment control and evidence for reviews.

How will Trazium be deployed?

The plan is to support managed SaaS first, with enterprise deployment paths such as customer VPC, on-premises and air-gapped environments as the platform matures.
